A colorful set of wooden building pieces that kids can freely combine into their own shapes and scenes, made from dozens of curvy pieces in blues, purples, and warm sunset tones. Made from solid maple wood, hand-painted piece by piece. As shown, the pieces fit together into a picture of a sailboat crossing the ocean at sunrise, and they're pretty enough to leave assembled on a shelf between play sessions. But building freely comes first - kids can take the pieces apart and turn them into a different creature, a new landscape, or whatever comes to mind. Once they've had more practice, fitting the curvy pieces back into the original ocean picture makes a fun puzzle challenge too. About 13 inches square. Handcrafted in Europe.
