Feel-a-pair memo game

Thirty-two small wooden pots travel together in a drawstring bag, each one topped with a lid that hides a different texture underneath, from soft fabric to smooth stone. In the classic version, two matching pots go into the bag together, and children shake and feel their way to the pair that shares the same surface without ever looking inside. For an easier round, only one pot from each pair goes into the bag while its match stays open on the table, so children feel one texture and match it to what they can see. Painted with water-based colors, safe for little hands and ASTM-tested, the little pots are sized for small hands to open, close, and shuffle around the table. Comparing textures instead of pictures builds focus, patience, and a sharper sense of touch, with a difficulty level that grows right along with the child. For kids ages 3 and up.
