We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We currently can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Standard Shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $99 or more.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Delaware within 4 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. During the holiday season, processing can take a little longer.

Email us at support@goki-toys.com as soon as possible. We can update your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

Contact us at support@goki-toys.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right with a replacement, a refund, or a carrier claim.

Our toys come from Germany and Europe in limited quantities, and popular items sometimes sell out. Tap "Notify me when available" on the product page, and we'll email you as soon as it's back.

Yes. You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale. Email support@goki-toys.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If an item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered, we cover it and send you a refund or replacement.

We refund your original payment method within 5 business days after your return arrives. There's no restocking fee.

Our painted wooden toys use water-based colors, are safe for little hands, and are tested to ASTM F963, the US toy safety standard. Every product shows a recommended age. Please follow it, especially for toys with small parts.

The age on each toy tells you from when it is safe and suitable to play with. It doesn't mean a child should be able to master it right away. A puzzle marked 3+ can be a real challenge at three and an easy win at five. Every child grows at their own pace, so feel free to help, play along, and let them grow into a toy. For safety, please don't give toys to children younger than the age shown.

Every HOLZTIGER figure is made and painted by hand in Europe, so each one is a little unique. Small variations in color and wood grain are part of their charm.

Wipe them with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let them air dry. Please don't soak wooden toys or put them in the dishwasher.
