Refund policy

Last Updated: October 24, 2026

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging, in condition suitable for resale. Some of our toys are shrink-wrapped or sealed, and once the packaging has been opened we can no longer sell them as new. We therefore cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (except for defective, damaged-in-transit, or incorrect items — see Section 6).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or purchased at a clearance/sale price are not eligible for return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you simply changed your mind about an order, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping yourself (we do not provide a prepaid label). If the item is defective, arrived damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, we cover return shipping — see Section 6.

5. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@goki-toys.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions before you ship anything back. Please wait for our confirmation before returning an item — this helps us make sure your return is processed correctly once it arrives.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, was damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@goki-toys.com. We’ll cover the cost of the return and provide a full refund, including original shipping charges, or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only — we do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see Section 6). Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
